Mend Collaborative steps in to respond to the full range of needs of survivors of harm that U.S. legal and carceral systems were never designed to meet. Our programs facilitate restorative justice processes, with in-depth Victim Offender Dialogues and Days of Healing in the community and inside prisons across California. Because we believe that those who have experienced violence and those who have committed harm are uniquely qualified to come together to transform their tragedy into healing and justice, we pair survivors and people responsible for harm in restorative co-facilitation relationships.
